What the hell do _you_ know? Can you even tell the difference? Didn't think so. Ever sense I've been reading this board I never saw you say anything useful, only stuff like "HAWR HAWR HAWR WINDOW SUCKS!!", while your website has 404's to something similar to "C:/website/some_file.htm"

BSD is better, it's a lot more powerful than Linux is although support for it sort of sucks. if you base 'good' on support, everybody in the world would agree "Windows kix ass compared to Linux" yet we find ourselves here all on the oposite end of the stick, certainly strange don't you think?

Well.... i dont really know which is better. I havent extensively tested either OS. My server runs Linux for now but i want to host it on OpenBSD.

What do you know, and for your information NO MORE of them will appear because i dont use Windows. I prefer Linux of BSD because of the compatability. So i know what im saying... You are entitled to your opinion, and im allowed mine. I like Linux over BSD because it supports all the wierd FS that i use. And wierd hardware, and its easyier to hack.

You have not thought of one good IDEA, i have put many things into action on this board, one of my more recent major ideas that worked was for more entertainment, the Gimp Compition.

Personally, take the carrot out of your ass. Dont say your better then me because nobody is better then anybody. If you dont like what i have to say then go elsewhere, or put up with it. Me, and voidmain and maye another couple are the only people here who just ignore things like trolls writing "*nIX SuXoRs becoz it doz'nt sup-ort windoze". Really, im not comparing myself to you or anything. But lighten up dude, im not saying you contribute(which you do). So dude Lighten up!

As far as I can tell, Linux beats BSD for use on desktops/home systems (marginally), but for pretty much the same reason, BSD is (marginally) more powerfull for servers.

Not that it makes sense to argue about it - if you like BSD, use it, same with Linux. THAT is what free software is about, remember?

I don't really know where Apple stands on the issue, no experience and all. AFAIK it does at least a good job on both issues.

Besides, the average Free Software dude does NOT hate Apple, and certainly not Apple users. The only reason they dislike Apple is AFAIK that it is mostly proprietary, but Apples way of doing that isn't *too* bad. Besides, Apple hardware tends to kick x86's ass.
