It's very unfortunate, but microsoft's copy off of iTunes is going to be selling in Europe soon. They're just trying to cash in and try to saturate their market with their own product.

Who the fuck cares?   :rolleyes:   I can't get into their GD site since I don't have Internut Exploder, couldn't run it if I wanted to (and why would I?), and from everything I've been hearing, I wouldn't want to access their site anyway.    

If Apple really wants to help promote iTunes, they'd make it compatable with Linux. More customers for Apple, and yet another reason to ditch Winderz.

seeing that iTunes runs on OS X, and soon Windows, I think someone should HACK IT to find out how it works and make a good Linux app that mimics iTunes.

Being the BEST MP3 APP IN THE WORLD AND ALL, I'd love to have it on Linux.

edit: oh yeah, and let's also steal video games and make 'em run on Linux. it would serve a two-fold purpose of making examples of corporate execs 'cos it would let us BEAT THEM WITH RUSTY CHAINS and it would bring games to Linux which helps us all, because it means the gamers would then want Linux.

everybody knows those dudes are the biggest PARASITIC LOAD on the technology industry in the last decade.

Jeezus, are we the only ones who realize that this is a blatant immitation of Apple. Everyone else I talk to seems completely unaware of that fact.

nope, i saw the ads on tv but didnt know it was m$ involved. it is absolutely horrids. the ads are IDENTICAL to the ipod ones except for the song and the logo.
