Actually I think MySQL is probabbly i great idea for a filesystem in Linux, the idea for a database fs is the best think I have heard for a while. And if Linux Developers dont try and keep up, we will all fall on our ass.

MySQL is more efficent then MS-SQL, or postgres, and since I know a bit about its future its a fucking brilliant idea, personally Hurd seems much better for this kind of filesystem with the way it works with deamons.
