it looks interesting,
it's a small version of GNU that runs under windows (presumably as some sort of virtual machine, in a similar functional way to cygwin).

haven't tried it yet, has anybody? is it good? is it better than cygwin in any way?

I thought it was just some c++ header files and a compiler.
