Non, monseiur! The BeOS source was given to Palm (the company that bought them), and the OpenBeOS project is to develop a BeOS clone able to run all BeOS software, based on the NewOS kernel (a kernel developed by a former Be developer).
At least that's what I'm hearing... Heh.

Well outside *nix based systems (BSD/Linux/OS X), Mac OS, and DOS/Win32 there isn't really anyting else, besides NetWare, which sole purpose is networking.
As far as PDA and other micro devices to go. PalmOS is most popular, but Linux is always a good choice.
