No.
More likely that they will adopt OSS with an eye to take it over - like they did with javascript.
They may also offer cut-down versions of MS software to try and get you hooked.
OSS is increasingly a viable alternative to MS but MS is too large (wealthy) a company to just go away.
MS didn't make IBM, Sun or Apple bankrupt but these companies were pushed into more specialised areas.
MS will have to find it's "niche market" (Like Apple did), the day of "MS Everywhere" is drawing to a close.
