a little homework help

hey i was just wondering if anyone coudl help me out here. i have to evaluate why microsoft is a monopoly. the reasons are obvious, but i need some facts other than just why i think so.  i think it would be pretty cool to have fuckmicrosoft.com as a works cited too. if anyone has any places on articles about the microsoft monopoly or places where i can get info, it woudl be appreciated. thanks
