The MPAA won its case against 321 Studios!!! The court ordered the company to immediately stop selling the software, but they will appeal.

Fuck this. This is outrageous.

So that means the appeal would go to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals of San Franciso, right?  They're the legendary "most liberal court in America" as popularized by Bill O'Reilly.  :D

I don't think a liberal court will make much of a difference.   Many liberals get a lot of backing (campaing contributions, etc.) from the MPAA.
