The bastards stiffed me $35.00 for "support", "resolved" the problem by blaming the ISP/Bad e-mail account. Turned out the problem was fuck all to do with the ISP bad/e-mail account. It's a problem with Outlook 2002 and Norton Anti Virus. Bastards.
