mac/linux emulators for windoze?

anyone got any ideas about linux/mac emulators?

stuck on the worlds crappest OS here, and im dying to try and use a KDE desktop for something like mandrake without having to explain to my family for three years that linux is better :/

If you don't want to partition you hard drive, there are Linux distros that will install in Windows like a normal program.  They require that you have either FAT16 or FAT32 partition though,

Phat Linux is one of the best of the so called UMSDOS distros. I don't know where the homepage for phat is, but you can download it here:  ftp://ftp.linuxberg.com/pub/distributions/mini/Phat/

Basilisk II, as mentioned above, emulates the 68k Macintosh with impunity.
