Sure, let's trust our votes to the same technology that trapped a guy in a limousine and sunk a ship of the US Navy.

You know what both saddens and frightens me about this?  That the immediate TCO outweighs the progressive TCO in the average user's mind.  That vendor lockout wins out against freedom of choice.  Furthermore, that this lockout is being FORCED upon voting citizens.  Where are our Constitutional ideals?  Oh, that's right, the DoJ is wiping its ass with them on a daily basis.  Jefferson must be spinning in his grave.

yes the world of microsoft,do you know how far they can reach,im sure the cia hav a damn good hold on the computer world or hav they ,i think not ,and i know the bank is relying on there soft ware to perform all sorts of stuff and i know some of it is really above our heads as i know some one whos up there working with the high paid asian girl whos a wizz writning programes with microsoft,shes the one that sets all the enqriuptions
