Firefox browser ignites a fire under complacent Microsoft

I have a feeling MS might actually make IE 7 a half decent browser. Well if they do they'll probably just copy FireFox and Opera anyway. This would still be shit as they continue to bastardise the standard and take over the Internet.

IE is copied (or stolen, or bought out) anyway. The origanal was called Mosaic and was made by the NCSA. I dont think MS is clever enough to actually construct their OWN browser, you know, from scratch.

it was bought from its then owners, mosaic was the browser made by the people who went on to form their own company and develop the first netscape browser.

IE has (so i have heard) been completely redesigned etc since the mosaic days though.

My brief experience with FireFox is plenty enough to tell me that it is a load (or two) better than the as-cheap-as-possible/useless/Microsoft IE. BTW, I switched because of Microsuck.com (the fora), so thanks F***MS.com!
