I think I'll just stick with a 1.4ghz upgrade.  I might be wrong, but GigaDesigns generally overclocks all of their chips.  I'd feel much better just purchasing an upgrade running at its recommended speed.  I'm currently looking at getting something from Sonnet when I have some extra cash.

This 2Ghz chip is really an overclocked 1.6.  Quite a substantial amount...but I must say, the G4 runs cooler than any CPU I've ever seen.  The 400Mhz one runs barely above room temperature...I don't see a 2.0 running than 45C or so...
