That's been the default behaviour since Windows 95. Download WindowBlinds from http://www.windowblinds.net/

no, don't waste your time, download linux, and get that feature plus tons more, including the feature of not crashing all the time, and not costing any money...  :D

(yes i know you have linux already, i just couldn't resist!)

unfortantly i don't think i can get my dad to run linux, he thinks that microsoft windows molestor edition is perfectly adiquit, and ask's why do i hate microsoft so much, come on, i have linux boxs getting to the internet through the windows computer, dosn't that sound a bit messed up, and if i bought a router he said "well, i am not leaving the router up all the time", isn't that the point of a router is to leave the damn thing in 24/7

And be sure to check out the rest of Stardock's Object Desktop suite as well. They have loads of programs for customizing your Windows environment.

it's good stuff and all that, but windows is really unstable anyway, and whenever i have installed a few of these things, i find it just irrepareably breaks something else, and it's back to the old two day reinstall again (including all the programs, drivers and tools too before some dumbass says 'i can install windows in half an hour, cos i'm so 133t!')

I'm afraid you'll have to get used to those Windows "quirks," once Linux has been made illegal.

it's possible that xp loser read beyond the headline this time, but i don't think so. He certainly never got more than a couple of paragraphs in this time... Keep practising, loser, maybe you'll finish an article one day...

I just recently heard of the steve barktow incident and I think it poses some interesting questions about people such as xp user #infinity.  I certinally hope that Microsoft isn't stupid enough to pay someone for such a hopless cause however.  Probally just some ignorant idot.

Edit: P.S. The day linux is outlawed is the day people like XP user will have some sence.  It will never happen.  They just can't do that.

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have found the trillionth easily preventable bug in a Microsoft OS.  You have just won the privlage of being frustrated with an over priced, unreliable OS that makes you conform to its standards.  How does that make you feel?

Interesting. Now that you mention it I do recall hearing of this incident. Here is a little writeup I found on it:
