I just tried Astonshell and it's very nice. If I used Windows primarily I might consider buying it.

I used to use Litestep, but I grew tired of it.

Yes, I used Litestep, but it was far too slow for my liking, right now I use Program Manager (progman.exe) as my shell and it runs very, very fast.
