I like your site's look. The background pic is rough on the eyes though.

which pic is that? it should be in my pics folder on the server so just point a link to it. also if  you could be so kind as to edit it and fix it so it works properly.

The "brightness" of it just kinda irks my eyeballs for some reason. I would consider some sort of patterned background - or no background at all.

An example of a pattern bakground would be the background picture of my Operation Flashpoint page.

Notice how incredibly tiny it is, yet it creates a nice texture effect when used as a background, and blends in with the ovarall green-brown military color scheme of the page...

Again, I like the layout of your page (elegant simplicity), but the bacground pic takes away from the overall aesthetics of the page.

You should just use fucking drupal like a normal luser (me) that doesn't know HTML or CSS. It will do your site a lot of good.
