What does OEM mean?

Eh, it's Origanal Equipment Manufacturer. It means it's like packaged to be repackaged. Personally, I don't know why they even mark stuff with this. People think it's like a special feature or something.

It's a special feature all right. If you buy NAV 2002 outright, you'll get a year's worth of live updates. These OEM versions come with 3 months'(?) worth of live updates. After the trial period is up, you'll have to subscribe (more $$$) to continue receiving updates.
