Windows Automotive cannot verify your serial number. Windows attempted to contact Microsoft electronically to activate your copy of Windows, but failed. Please contact Microsoft for an activation code.
Your vehicle will function in Limited Functionality Mode until you supply a valid activation code. Directional control, air conditioning, Windows, and doors will be non-functional until Windows has been activated. Also, your speed has been locked in at 50 miles per hour, and will remain at that speed until the vehicle runs out of fuel or is stopped by other means.
