well i am in a small town around 900 people you know too much free space
what ever you say  is yours it is yours(if it is free afcourse)
then there is the mather of bribe ing the cops... and you are set up :]

I thought the Czech highways where funny. I saw cops driving on it.

There was a Mercedes speeding over 140 km/h. The cops did nothing at all.
I guess they are affraid to get fired because they ticketed the mayor's friend or something.

Yeah... but then again, the limit is 130, and ten over is tolerated. We usually drive at 140.
