if you glance at the date at the very bottom of the page, you will see that at least the primary framework of the online system was built almost a year ago.

still that does not excuse them from not makeing it acouding to the WWW(W3)
standard !

Agreed.  I was simply pointing out that they planned to screw non-IE users years ago.

It does suggest some sort of partnership between Bill Gates and George Bush, Inc. It would be much easier for the government to monitor and censor Internet traffic if it all passed through Microsoftware.
