I'm just saying, that because Microsoft hired a lawyer to defend themselves, who then gets nominated for supreme court justing is no sign of a conspiracy.

It's called conflict of interest. and it's a perfectly valid observation to make. Maybe in science it would be a logic fallacy, but in politics it isn't.
