Simple, the X-360 uses a cheap DVD-Rom drive that can't keep the disc from banging agaisnt the drive. My mom's 3 year old laptop has to be shooken crazily for the disc to scratch, but a new piece of hardware cant even do what a 3 year old laptop can---sad

Xboxen have been plagued by shitty low-quality optical drives since the first one rolled off the assembly line.  How can this possibly be surprising to anyone?
