When you go to install another OS, just have it delete the Windows partitions.

format c: always worked for me

oh, but you can't restart in DOS mode anymore, can you?

create a rescue disk and boot to DOS with that

right click on A:, choose format, and then "make an MS-DOS startup disk.

run your whole computer from a floppy, until you get bored and decide to install something else.

format C: is a waste of time

just get another operating system and install it, and tell it to wipe the Partition XP is on, or format it or whatever.

simple as that aint it.

Fdisk + Windows XP = Hard drive - Windows XP

Linux Distro Built-In Partitioner + Windows XP = Hard drive - Windows XP - Remnants of Windows XP + Linux.

'Nuff said.
Just pretend there's a really cool sig here.
