Gotta love it when that happens right in the middle of your college thesus, or doing a large spreadsheet and then your document is all corrupt when you try and open it again.. Can't tell you how many times I've had users come with tears in their eyes saying they've been working all day on a document and of course they don't save multiple copies and often. Sometimes they can get most of their document back, sometimes not. Best advice you can give a Windows user. "Save Often and in different places because you're going to see those screens at the most inopportune time!".
