Just now the forums threw me a really weird error. As far as I can figure out it confused right and left for some reason. It also wouldn't let me log in. It would take me to the "Thank You for logging in" screen but after that wouldn't show me as logged in. It's fixed now of course as I'm posting. I did so by backtracking to a thread and clicking on "Microsuck Forums". Screenshot here. (http://i6.tinypic.com/140byvq.jpg)

I got a good few database errors today, 2 of them were slightly wierd...
A couple of times I couldn't login.....
Didn't get this "right->left" thing though, that's seriously wierd..

Dark_Me, what firefox theme is that?

Crystal Dream. (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1597/)
EDIT: Database error... (http://i6.tinypic.com/140gis2.jpg)

Shit ... I got it too:
(http://img101.imageshack.us/img101/6186/error7mv.th.jpg) (http://img101.imageshack.us/my.php?image=error7mv.jpg)
But it gives you a bit more info ...
Warning: mysql_query(): Unable to save result set in /includes/db_mysql.php on line 212

BTW:
; Print out errors (as a part of the output). For production web sites,
; you're strongly encouraged to turn this feature off, and use error logging
; instead (see below). Keeping display_errors enabled on a production web site
; may reveal security information to end users, such as file paths on your Web
; server, your database schema or other information.
display_errors = Off
It's not a huge deal (I don't know any situation where security information is revealed), but I think display_errors should be off.

What's with the right --> left thing?
Also, I haven't seen that error.
-
I also got the right --> left thing. That was hours ago, and simply going to another page fixed it.

I refreshed the page and it was still FCKED up, but refresed again and it was fixed..
I wonder could it be connectivity problems with the server?
Has anyone gotten the right->left thing in another browser other than FF? (WMD?)
If anyone gets the right->left thing in future, save the webpage... (never hit me to do so at the time)

I believe this (http://piratepenguin.is-a-geek.com/~declan/newreply.php.html) is the comparison page for that (I logged out and tried to post a reply to a thread to get that)...
There's definetly differences (http://piratepenguin.is-a-geek.com/~declan/diff) (generated with 'diff -u2 msuckfucked.php.html newreply.php.html > diff' btw) between what the server served (which ofcourse I expected)...
Some of those differences are just different locations of the images etc. (msuckfucked_files versus newreply.php_files), but get aload of this:
- <td align="left">
- <input class="button" value="" accesskey="s" tabindex="1" type="submit">
- <input class="button" value="" accesskey="r" tabindex="1" type="reset">
+ <td align="right">
+ <input class="button" value="Log in" accesskey="s" tabindex="1" type="submit">
+ <input class="button" value="Reset Fields" accesskey="r" tabindex="1" type="reset">
</td>
THE ALIGNMENT CHANGED AND THE FCKING valueS DISSAPEARED!
That is very fucking wierd. There must be a bug in vB, unless someone's (*cough*Refalm*cough*) fucking about with it...
Or else the site was cracked and someone's messing with out little heads :)

Notice the url in this one... (http://i5.tinypic.com/141jo8i.jpg)
I have no idea what I did to make it do that.
-
I've been without internet the whole weekend, and I've only checked this website once in the last few days.
-
congratulations! are you feeling better now though?

Haha, didn't quite meant it like that ;)
I was responding to piratePenguins suggestion that I was doing some weird stuff.
Although I have done that on occasion, it couldn't have been me.

I missed it all, never saw it!
If you wanna see something which is a reasonable attempt at humor.
Get one of those key disablers and run it on a fresh install of xp. When you try to do activation, you get an "MS Out Of Box Experience" warning message. Imagine that...MS admits to having out of box episodes....
