Does anyone have any idea with the following?
Files were moved from a My documents folder of user A to user B
User B works on the files all day and then shutsdown.
Next morning, user B can no longer find the files.
Login in as Administrator on local machine makes no difference.
Operating System is W2K
Machine is joined to a domain, which is running W2K Server and Active Directory with Roming Profiles.
This is driving me fucking Mad, Windows sucks.

I figured MS would have this problem fixed by now! We used to have a LOT of problems with corrupt user profiles and lost data/work. Solution, do not store *anything* important under the user profile. Map a "U:" drive on a server for personal "User" data. And backup, backup, backup. Tell users you are not responsible for lost data stored in the user profile. Send a letter bomb to MS.
