It's not a bug.
It's a innovative feature by microsoft.
I'd say search around Script Kiddie sites, they oughta have a few things to stop that.

There is a handy utility called XP Anti-Spy (http://www.xpantispy.de). I think Refalm posted the link a few days ago. Anyway, why don't you give Linux a try? It's easier than ever to install and use and it comes with literally tons of software! That way you wouldn't have to worry about windows spyware and bloatware. ;)

or, even better, visit apple.com and rid yourself of the x86 "PC" (as it's been said, they're all Personal Computers) platform as well!

Or my favorite option, give up and go live in a 5x10 shack in Montanna.

sell your computer (with XP on it) and get a real life, because no fucker on this site gives a shit anymore.

Wow Calum! Did I miss something? Oiy, I miss a few days and everything goes to hell. :(

You could try asking at windowsbbs.com, dont be surprised if you are banned or something though. And if you read the EULA I'm sure you must have come across Microsoft stating that they have the right to do this, and if you disagree don't use it. You obviously disagree, so don't use it. Tell your boss that you cannot use windows xp because you do not fulfill the requirements of the EULA, he surely can't fire you for that (that'll be a big court case if he did), so you'll have to try an alternative. In which case, you've came to the right place. but search around here before you start asking because people always ask questions like "which version should i get?" and things like that, and people are tired of answering the same question over and over again.
