Title: Details of most recent MS court settlement

Hey I was wondering, what are the exact details of the most recent MS court settlement? Basically what they suposedly have to do, and what they aren't doing and what they can get away with not doing.

My brother seems to keep thinking that the most recent court settlement is gonna open up new doors...

Anything about being legally required to give sourcecode, if requested by a corporation? IE:Hewlett Packard, IBM etc.
