Title: outbox.dbx

I went looking through my outbox.dbx file with EDIT the DOS text editor.

Not only did I find a bunch of old e-mail addresses and garbled characters.... I found some of my instant messenger contacts in there!  The thing is, I use programs like GAIM and Trillian, non-Microsoft  and non-Mainstream programs, and it still listed it in there.

I can't believe Microsoft!

What?! You can't be serious! Old email addresses in your outbox?!

And not only that, but there are even OLD MSN CONTACTS stored in an APPLICATION THAT WORKS TOGETHER WITH MSN Messagener?! WOW!

I can't belive this! Oh man!

No asshole.  I just said that it recorded GAIM and Trillian users.  I didn't say Microsoft Messenger.  As a matter of fact, it was AOL Instant messenger contacts.

And those e-mail addresses were from messages sent long ago and deleted.

AOL also adds an extension of itself into Outlook. You must have installed and logged on at least ones.

And as for the old messages, it's a known "feature" that you use to complete email addresses faster.

Oh and...

You = asshat.
