try using one of the following programs:

3D Font Creator (http://www.cdromshop.com/cdshop/desc/p.081656084941.html)

Or read this page by Divide By Zero (http://www.andrew.cmu.edu/~twm/makefont/) about making TrueType fonts using proprietary windows software.

Most if not all of this stuff is for M$ style truetype fonts, and was got in a 5 minute trawling session using google and c|net. I know nothing about fonts and i haven't ever used any of these programs however i found it quite easy to fire up the old search engine and come up with these links.

tsk tsk .... 16 and so little knowledge of the english language as to not know how to spell "fonts" properly? You should really watch some more tv (worked wonders for me, playing civilization when I was 10 helped a bit too tough  :D )
