Is it just me? or do Netscape and Mozilla look almost exalactly the same! why?

Well,

Mozilla is the missing NS 5.0.  When NS opened up their source code in 1994 Mozilla was born.  Mozilla is basically the open source NS.  Netscape and Mozilla work closely and share in development to benefit one another.  That's why NS 7 is based on the Gecko engine and is basically Mozilla 1.0 w/out the pop-up blocker (for commercial reasons of course).
