Aye, clicky here (http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/0.10.1/patches/259708.xpi) to install it.

You have to have the Firefox preview release installed already!

Has anyone been able to build it from source?

I kept trying but the make crashes  :(

Finally I gave up and used the binary installer.
