When I booted the Linux distribution, everything, including internet just worked... except for one thing... the mouse. The mouse cursor just stood still in the middle of the screen. I rebooted, unplugged my PS/2 mouse and connected my serial mouse, but that wasn't succesfull either.
Everything works fine, except the mouse... now this is kinda hard for me, because I don't know the shortcuts...

I can't say for sure what the problem may be but when I first tried VectorLinux (http://vectorlinux.com/) I had the same problem and there is tons of posts/help available at JustLinux.com (http://justlinux.com) (formerly known as Linuxnewbie.org). I would suggest giving them a shot, and would be willing to bet you can find your solution quickly there. It took me all of 5min to fix my mouse.

An USB mouse would probably work... the thing is, I don't have one or the money to buy one...

it does seem really odd to me that knoppix wouldn't work with a serial or ps/2 mouse. many people have those, particularly ps/2 and knoppix is a largely read only system, so there's not a lot of configuring that can be done. what the hell type of ps/2 mouse is it that is not working? is it a problem with the place it is connected into not being detected do you think?

How is your mouse currently configured?
How is X configured?
