Why? There's no use to it.

Watch: I have a radio-controlled watch from Commodoor, that is always on time in western-Europe. The watch is synced by a FM subcarrier of the German government.

Weather: OK, here's what you do. Turn on your television, go to you local PBS channel, turn on teletext, type in the number of the weather page (704 in the Netherlands).

In the U.S, people do not have Teletexts (although my dish provider has an interactive "weather" thingie, but not everyone uses my dish company (which, BTW, owns cable television  (http://smile.gif) )).
