I have the answer for that one. Because the web developer obviously has not one clue. Have you sent a note to their webmaster asking that question?

The first indication of noviceness is there is no DOCTYPE line at the top of the source. If I select HTML 4.01 Transitional from the w3 HTML validator there are a bazillion problems with just the front page:

validate (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nvidia.com%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=HTML+4.01+Transitional)

Maybe they should leave the driver programmers to programming drivers rather than developing a web site and hire someone who knows what they are doing to manage the web site.
