YES! Novell/SuSE Linux 9 (http://www.novell.com/linux/)is great! Fedora Core 1 (http://fedora.redhat.com) is great! Mandrake Linux 10 is great! (http://www.mandrakesoft.com) All are end-user aimed Linux distros that are very easy to use.
