Title: BSD and lilo
Post by: KernelPanic on 21 June 2002, 23:06
My question is similar to Master of Reality/Bob's (http://forum.fuckmicrosoft.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=5&t=000410) except i havn't installed freeBSD yet.
I need to know whether it can be added to my LILO boot options and how.

This worked for me when I was using FreeBSD:
other=/dev/hda4
    label=FreeBSD

Replace /dev/hda4 with the appropriate partition name, bung it in lilo.conf, run lilo and reboot. Simple as that.
