Title: installing gnome themes manually
Post by: Commander on 22 September 2003, 06:59
i downloaded the noia icon package from art.gnome.org and if i try to install it, it doesn't show up in the installed icon list. i've been trying to install it manually, but if i copy the extracted dir to the ~/.themes directory and edit a theme file to use the icons, gnome crashes.

any help on how to install themes manually would be REALLY appreciated!

thanx

Im sorry I can't answer your question, but I only thought that the Noia Icon theme was availalbe for KDE?  Or do icon themes live a universal life?
