This project looks very promising in my opinion, it really motivates me to learn qt so I can start hacking it.  It's one of the most innovative ideas I've seen in a long time.  I hope it gets finished in time for KDE 3.2!

Wow, that's whack. When I first saw its site, I thought it was one of those "all talk" projects... I guess I was wrong (a good thing!).

in this country you can say something is "the shit" or "the bollocks" (short for 'the dog's bollocks') which means it's really good.
that's in sharp contrast to being "shit" or "bollocks" which just means that thing is, well, shit.

yeah. i use "Thats the Shit!!" alot. sometimes, to make it stupid, we say thats the "poo-poo" or "the poop". sorta adds some comedy to it you know  :D

did you ever see the 'dog's bollocks' beer? i can't remember if i saw that one in scotland or australia.

i found a couple of images on the web which are labels from this beer but they don't look like the one i remember, the label has this cartoon dog, grinning and literally pointing with one paw at his huge gonads! qualiteh!

Is Slicker fast? I mean comparable to WindowMaker? Is it resource hungry like KDE and does it need KDE?

thanks,
