Although it seems a bit rediculous. First Sun sues M$ to get them to stop using Java. Then M$ stops offering an obsolete version of the JVM, 'cause they agreed not to offer the more up-to-date versions as part of the previous suit. Now Sun sues M$ for not offering Java...

Only a lawyer could make sense of that    :D
