Title: Linux spreading more internationally

I've just read a bunch of articles talking about how Linux is spreading in other countries. Germany (http://www.computerworld.com/softwaretopics/os/linux/story/0,10801,86636,00.html) is rapidly adopting it, Malaysia (http://asia.cnet.com/newstech/applications/0,39001094,39156420,00.htm) created a new fund, and Vietnam (http://www.siliconvalley.com/mld/siliconvalley/business/columnists/gmsv/7139304.htm) is encouraging open source.
