I just saw a review/benchmark of the new ATI Radeon 9700 and one thought came to mind:

holy fucking shit!

I was just wondering if anyone here uses a ATI card in linux and how well the driver functions?

I want one of those  :D

I have an ATI Radeon 7000 and it works fine. I can play Tux Racer now, my old Voodoo 3 couldn't handle it.
