Just installed Red Hat Linux 8 and it's awesome!

Just wondering if there is any way to run Windows software on Linux?

You can run the entire Windows operating system (any of them) under Linux using VMware:

http://www.vmware.com/ (http://www.vmware.com/)

NOTE: VMware is great for running Windows server or business apps, but not great for running heavy duty games like directX graphics hardware intensive games. If you want to run that sort of stuff use WineX, it can run many of these types of games but isn't nearly as good as VMware in the other respects.
