Its a good motherboard, the only thing i would be careful about is the via chipset, i've had a few bad experiences, notably compatibility issues with the graphics card, just be careful what graphics card you use.

This (http://tw.giga-byte.com/products/7vaxpultra.htm) Gigibyte motherboard is comparable and is at a similar price. I have had good experiences with Gigabyte boards and I have just ordered a new one to go with my new CPU.

Thats what i keep hearing... it was probably something wrong i did but i could never get AGP texture acceleration working,a problem with the 4in1 drivers, one of the most annoying things is having a really good 4x card working at 2x
