Wow! I thought flying toasters were a thing of the past, but now they're back in aqua. Takes me back to when I was a kid. Gonna download that as soon as I have a mouse again.

I love it... but the aqua blue toasters are slightly cheesy. I'd prefer more toastery looking ones... oh yeah... and it's slow on a 500MHz G3.

although, it's getting harder and harder to use "fast" and "G3" in the same sentence these days unless you're an OS 9 holdout or a Linux junkie

but who cares? it's flying farking toasters!

It's not your computer, it's the programm. I think the guy did an amatureish job. It could definetly pull more frames than it does. It's even slow on my dual 800 G4.

None the less, if you can score a copy of the old flying toasters, the resource files are darn similar, a little tinkering in ResEdit and you can get that "classic" look  (http://smile.gif)

I like the site but the toaster screensaver is slow on my iBook as well. Anyway, I think that this dude will fix the problem some day.
