MS has recently rewritten the support "knowledge database" search function at
http://support.microsoft.com (http://support.microsoft.com)
so that it won't work with any browser other than MSIE. I've tried Netscape 4.x, Mozilla 9.8, and Opera.
This is BS. I don't use MSIE on my home computer and don't have room for it, so now because I don't want to use their Internet Explorer (which they have been trying to cram down the throats of consumers for years), they won't let me look at their knowledge database to fix problems with their other products.
This REALLY (*$$@$ me off!

try accessing hotmail with Opera too! (Mozilla and Netscape work okay at last try)
You get a patronising message telling you your browser is not capable of displaying hotmail, and you should 'upgrade' to iexplore. This is of course a TOTAL lie since you can look at hotmail just fine if you set it to identify as MSIE or Mozilla.

i know that most people on this forum also think this way (i think i'm gonna try the macroshaft forum) but i really think they're going way too far (like - again)
fuck macroshaft!

Hey,
It seems to work fine under Mozilla 0.9.4
-
Which makes me wonder why Microsoft even lets other browsers on their sites.

i wouldn't usually stoop to such a banal level of replying, but you seem incapable of understanding anything more intelligent than this sort of moronic idiocy.

Might I ask you, Goosey, what your motivation is that you support Macroshaft so bad? Have you ever run linux? Why is that picture at the bottom of all your posts so wierd?
I don't understand you.
