Last year, Microsoft was sued for patent infringing and lost. They were ordered to pay up $521 million in fines. They appealed the case, and today lost the appeal too! Now they must not only pay up that $521 million, but another $45 million in interest for the delay. M$ has 30 days to appeal yet again.

I hope they appeal and lose again and owe another 55 million in interest.

No this is the lawsuit MS should have won... the one where eolas claimed to have patented the concept of plugins.
