Title: The Year of Microsoft
Post by: anphanax on 22 January 2004, 21:52
If you visit google.com, put 2002 as the search text and click the "I'm feeling lucky" button, you'll be taken to a Microsoft Office webpage :-\.

Other (unobvious) phrases that will take you to Microsoft sites:
http
corporation
zone
support
knowledge
98
97
update
e-mail
email
media
network
patch
internet
piracy

Conclusion:
It's late, and I have too much time on my hands.

Well i'm NOT surprised that the words 'patch' and 'update' brings you to an M$ site...

That's just the first link it would give you if you clicked the search button. Not exactly a miracle.

At least it's 2002 and not 2004.

Thinking about this thread, I typed in "Linux" to see if MS's site about THAT came up  :D

But no.  The 1st page of results was: linux.org, linux.com, RedHat, Debian, Linuxjournal.com, Mandrake, TLDP, Slackware, and SuSE.
