i know most openopen people come here now and again, so just letting you know openopen.cjb.net (the coordination forums) is down and will shortly be up again. here's what my hosts say:

I've never heard teh term "titsup" before, but I'm glad I did because now I'm going to use it every chance I get.

Yeah, it's an english saying. i've never seen it in formal correspondance though...

I believe it is an expression. It certainly is not a word though.

It's in common use in England.
