Damn, it's cool and sucky at the same time. The asshole from iHateApple got more space than the webmaster.

Not to mention that they made the MES into a Mac advocacy site when it is also a Linux site....

Come to think of it, this belongs in the lunge.

I also chatted with a guy from CNN.com on Monday morning about the SQL Server worm, and I was SUPPOSED to have been quoted in this article (http://www.cnn.com/2003/TECH/internet/01/27/worm.why/index.html). Obviously, I wasn't. My guess is that it had to do with the site's name.

But that's something I might be working on. (The name of the site, I mean.) Stay tuned. (http://smile.gif)

I used to have a link to "the parent company" at the bottom of every page of this site (oops, that reminds me -- I still have it on the forums!). "The parent company" is me, doing on-site Macintosh consulting.

Well, Apple noticed, and the head of the Apple Consultants Network, of which I'm a member, dropped me a line saying they really don't want to be associated with something like this, blah blah blah. Now, because I need things from the ACN program, they had me in quite a spot.

So I had no choice but to comply, because I really need those referrals from the Apple stores. Right now, that's the only income I've got.

For entertainment, click on "Support" in the top nav bar, and scroll down to the "Hire Us" section. You'll notice I had to, uhhh, revise that one also. :(

Wow, that sucks! I can't believe they would threaten you with something like that. Might you be able to talk them into changing that at a later date? Or changing the name of the site :eek:

I think you should stick with Microsoft Eradication Society, internally known as FuckMicrosoft ;)
